101 West Ohio is a 22-story landmark class A office tower in the heart of Indianapolis. Located at the intersection of Ohio and Illinois Streets, the building neighbors the AUL Tower, Radisson Hotel, Hilton Hotel and the Indiana State Government Center. 101 West Ohio provides its office and retail tenants with unsurpassed area amenities.
The neighboring former Greyhound Bus Terminal at 151 West Ohio Street was purchased by affiliates of Angelo, Gordon & Company and Amerimar Enterprises, Inc., to complete a redevelopment of the property including a new curtain wall on the entire property and expanding the building to the sidewalk on Ohio Street. This new redevelopment project consists of 76,657 total square feet and offers 65 surface spaces in addition to the 571 space garage.
In 2002, a new partnership controlled by Amerimar recapitalized the property from the combined Angelo Gordon and Amerimar ownership entity. The property, now approximately 97% leased, continues to perform well.
