This new redevelopment project consists of 76,657 total square feet and offers 65 surface spaces in addition to the 571 space garage.

In 2002, a new partnership controlled by Amerimar recapitalized the property from the combined Angelo Gordon and Amerimar ownership entity. The property, now approximately 97% leased, continues to perform well.
