When Amerimar purchased this flex building at 800 Biermann Court in 1999 it was completely vacant. The property is 22 miles from downtown Chicago and 6 miles from O'Hare International Airport. It is also strategically located along the Union Pacific METRA rail line as well as several major roadways/interstates including I-294, I-90, and Routes 14, 83, 12 and 53/355.
