Amerimar purchased this building in September 1998 with a group of individual investors. The property is a historic mixed-use property located in the heart of Philadelphia's CBD at the northeast corner of 15th and Walnut Streets. The Property was 100% leased to a health club operator, and a mix of office tenants.

After enjoying steady and increasing cash flow Amerimar sold the property in 2005 for a significant profit.
