STEPHEN J. GLEASON is a co-owner and the Executive Vice President of Amerimar Enterprises, Inc. Stephen joined Amerimar in 1995.  He has primary asset management responsibility for Amerimar’s office building portfolio.  Stephen facilitates property acquisitions, financings and dispositions, oversees management and leasing, and implements property re-positioning initiatives.  Stephen is also a member of Amerimar’s Investment and Executive Committees. For the four years prior to joining Amerimar, Stephen was a General Manager with LaSalle Partners in New York City where he oversaw leasing and management of three office buildings totaling 760,000 square feet. Stephen graduated cum laude from Harvard College and received his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a major in finance.
